"I was a referral to, then internet-appointment set for a simple oil change and 20-point service check at Hazeldell Ron's,the online-message response and appointment availability showed no one is lost, delayed or forgotten who calls and I appreciate that. The front office staff were busy but professional, courteous and helpful in both setting this up and going over my results and quote to answer questions and explain, then suggest in most-important, next priority steps work needed for my and others' safety, being both understanding and respectful in my financial situation and what I could afford to do and when, as well as I saw options for financing work needed there, as my favorite area tire company also offers. The employees did efficient, thorough and quality work, it was completed in less than the time stated (even with some other vehicles waiting briefly out front, too) and I left a very satisfied customer. I did notice the row of annual award plaques at the front desk counter and can see why Ron's pridefully shows them to customers ~ the staff and employees do great work and service at fair,expected and reasonable, competitive prices..i've checked around and know this is true. The follow up, online email program, Autovitals is a plus with incentives and rewards to help keep me accountable and on track with my vehicle needs,too. By the way, I was not aware of, nor asked, pressed or paid to write this service, quality and care performance review and no animals were harmed ~in fact, I walked my dog nearby and relaxed while they did their timely, efficient work, rather than accept the ride home offer and i'm sharing because I believe in good business service and care, quality performance and supporting the community ~and definitely grade Ron's Automotive as A+.
